Hi Rez Digital Solutions

I came on board in the summer of 2006 to bring Hi Rez Digital Solutions, then a small digital print company, into profitability. At the time, HRDS owned a single HP Indigo Digital press. The strength of this press was its variable data capabilities. I designed a cross media marking program, which I called "the Equalizer," that spanned print, web, and email. Sales reps could sell this package to small businesses to help them better compete with larger competitors. 

The key to “The Equalizer” was a personalized postcard that leveraged key database facts about the recipient such as purchasing preferences. At the bottom of the flat piece was a link to to a personalized URL. When the prospect visited their own custom micro site they were presented with relevant products.  Visitors were then given the chance to download a coupon or white paper in exchange for filling out a short survey. A few days later an email was sent that leveraged the data obtained on the website which furthered the marketing message. Clients used the results of these surveys to flesh out their databases for future marketing campaigns.

Cross media marketing proved to be extremely popular and profitable. Over the next year, Hi Rez grew from a digital only shop, into trade show graphics, offset printing, and mail house fulfillment.

Today Hi Rez Digital is a full service print/marketing shop with wide format, digital, and offset capabilities.
